The house

Of a surface of 70 m² distributed on 2 levels. The ground floor consists of an entrance, a dining room with fireplace, a kitchen area and a WC.

The ground floor continues in a row on two rooms separated by a shower-room. Finally, a small staircase of 12 steps leads on a landing which distributes then separately on a bedroom and a shower-room.

The living room
Dining room (25 m²): big table which can be extand is able to suit to 10/12 people, chairs, fireplace, sofa.

Living room area : flatscreen TV, Sonos wireless Hi-Fi system.

The American kitchen
Kitchen area (4 m²): US style, bar with kitchen sink, 4 plates with gas, embedded electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, arrangements, equipment to arrange complete household electrical appliances (robots, coffeepots, toaster, kettle).

the children room (ground floor)
Very spacious (20 m²), the room consists of a bunk bed 90 cms ( 2 sleepings around ), a big closet, a comfortable armchair and a small chest of drawers.
It benefits on top of a roof window and a direct access on the garden.

Between the adult double room and the children room of the ground floor.

The double room (ground floor)
Of a surface of 10,50m², the room(chamber) consists of a double bed 160cm, a small closet.
It benefits on top of a big window with a view on the garden.

Spacious (15 m²), the room consists of a double bed 160 cms, of 2 closets, a comfortable armchair, a chest of drawers as well as a small desk with its chair. It benefits on top of a roof window, as well as 2 windows among which 1 with plunging view on the garden..
It has finally its own shower-room on the landing.

The shower-room dedicated to the neighboring adult room.

The annexe

Typical fisherman house, with a living room area with a fireplace, a living area with a home-cinema, a breakfast corner, a bedroom with a shower room, and another bedroom with toilets.

House of village réthaise in 2 parts for 8 to 10 people. Very quiet at the bottom of a dead end on plot of land of 500 m ².

Of a surface of (24m ²), the room consists of sitting room sofa, a comfortable armchair, an ornamental fireplace and a hi-fi system.

Comfortable lounge with coffee table, home cinema system, flat screen TV, small refrigerator and small electrical appliances for breakfast.

Spacious (14,50m ²), the room(chamber) has 2 single beds 90 cms, a chest of drawers, a closet as well as its own shower-room with toilets.

The bathroom

The shower-room connected with the chamber has its own toilets.

The double room

This room in continuity with the previous one consists of a double bed 140 cms, a chest of drawers, a small closet as well as its own bathroom (toilets and washbasin). It benefits besides from an express acces on the garden.

The garden

Big garden surrounded by high walls, located at the end of a dead end alley. You’ll find a barbecue, a covered well, a summer shower, and shed for bikes. For your comfort, teak garden furnitures, parasols, deckchairs, and sun beds.
